At LumoCrafts, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our lighting products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with our return and refund policy.
30-Day Return Period
You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
Non-Refundable Shipping Charges
Please note that shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable once these services have been provided by the carrier.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- The product must not have any scratches, stains, damages, or modifications.
- The product has no signs of installation on it. Wires, cords and chains from the product set have not been cut or shortened.
- All returns must include the original packaging. In cases where the original packaging is unavailable, a repackaging fee of $50 per item will be applied.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return Process
- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the 30-day return period.
- Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Packaging: Ensure that the product is securely packaged in its original packaging or appropriate packaging that meets our standards for safe return shipping.
Inspection and Refund
Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a thorough inspection by our dedicated team. Provided the product is in as-new condition, we will proceed with the refund process. The refund amount will be calculated as follows:
- The original purchase price of the item, less any applicable repackaging fees (if the original packaging is not included).
- Outbound and return shipping fees will also be deducted from the refund amount.
Please allow 5-7 business days from the date of inspection for your refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We can only process refunds using the initial payment method used for the order. If the original payment method is no longer accessible, we are pleased to provide a store credit equivalent to the refund amount.
Items labeled as Final Sale, and orders for individual parts cannot be returned or refunded.'
Faulty, Damaged, or Lost Items
Upon delivery, please inspect your order. If you plan to store your items for an extended period, like during construction or renovation, make sure to examine the product before placing it in storage, as 3 day claims window will still be in effect.
1. Faulty Items:
If you receive a lighting product that is not functioning correctly or has manufacturing defects, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the faulty item, and once we receive it, we will promptly replace it or issue a refund.2. Damaged Items:
In the rare event that your lighting product arrives damaged during transit, please inform us immediately. To expedite the resolution process, kindly provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will then arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or issue a refund.3. Lost Items:
If your order is confirmed as lost in transit or if you have not received it within the expected delivery time frame, please reach out to us. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the item is deemed lost, we will either send a replacement or offer a refund.Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
